Sponsorship
We get financial help from the Philanthropic Donors from India and from abroad. The donors contribute
Rs.10, 000/- (Ten Thousand only) per student per year towards the hostel fees for food, shelter and education.
Some donors create Endowments by donating Rs.1,00,000/- (one lakh) as onetime payment. The amount is used to create a Bank Fixed Deposit Endowment in the name of the donor and the same is renewed continuously. Keeping the Endowment in the name of the donor is a permanent asset for the Sangam. Only the interest earned is used for the Sponsorship of one poor student per year.
The donations given to the Tiruchi Seva Sangam are eligible for Income Tax Excemption under 80G. We request the earnest support and financial help from the Philanthropic Public, so that we can continue to do more and more service to the poor and needy on Gandhian lines.
Paying Students
The girls coming from middle class families are the inmates of this Hostel. They pay a nominal amount towards their boarding charges. They are from nearby villages who have preferred our hostel, aiming at Good Education, Nutritious Vegetarian Food, Safety and Good Discipline. In addition to the nutritious food, all the hostel students are enjoying comfortable stay with enough bathroom and toilet room facilities. Importance is given to regular Prayers and the regular Studies in the hostel.
Kasthuri Ba Working Women’s Hostel
This Womem’s Hostel was started in 1988 to help the working Women. The inmates are enjoying Comfortable Stay and Good, Nutritious, Vegetarian Food at very Moderate Charges. They all work in Private and Public Sectors. The inmates are Safe and Secure. We strictly insist on Good Discipline.
